Terms and Conditions

• Layaways are accepted for products valued at $300 and above
• A minimum payment of 20% of the total order is required as a down-payment upon order confirmation.
• You can cancel your layaway without penalty within 7 days from the time you have sent the deposit
• Layaways cancelled after the grace period will loose the initial 20 % deposit. The balance will be refunded to the customer within 30 days.
• You have the option to have a recurring bill setup via Paypal in which case credit cards will be required immediately. Alternatively, you can opt to be sent an invoice on your selected dates each month 
• All deposits and installments will be charged in Australian dollars for Australian Residents and US Dollars for all other countries.
• No Promotional Offers are entertained for layaways.
• Please contact us in advance before you purchase an item to put on layaway.
• Production of items put on layaways will start when the second to the last installments has been received
• The maximum term for any layaway purchase is 12 months.
• Products purchased through layaways will receive the same Guarantees and benefits as all other products purchased from Cptph.com
• Prices of products ordered through layaway are locked in and will remain the same even if material or production prices has increased.
• Please keep in mind that we strictly adhere to our layaway policy
