After our 30-days Return
Program ; your Tungsten Carbide ring and Ceramic ring catalog purchases will be automatically covered
by our Replacement
& Resizing Program. This policy is formulated to assure
you that once the 30-days coverage is finish rings purchased that
are covered by this policy can still be replaced. And you will
not have to pay for your full purchase price rather you will pay
only a fraction of the price you paid initially.
REQUIREMENTS

Original
Copy of the Packaging Slip and/or the invoice w/ the valid
transaction ID to be eligible for this coverage

You should be the original
purchaser of the ring.
BENEFITS

Ring size replacement . When your ring
size changes; we will replaced it with a new ring of
the right size at a fraction of the cost of your original purchase price plus
shipping fee.

Lifetime ring replacement . If your ring
is chipped or breaks for whatever reason; we will have it replaced at
a fraction of the cost of your original purchase plus shipping
fee.
- Tungsten Carbide w/ custom Laser
engraving are covered by this policy. Ceramic rings w/ Laser engraving on
the other hand is NOT covered by this policy.

You will receive a NEW RING
in every replacement.
Limitations

Order is not part of a wholesale
order

Custom orders are not covered by this
policy.

This program does not cover rings that
are bought through a reseller or affiliate. If your ring was paid
for and bought through a reseller please contact them regarding
their policy.

You are only entitled with the
replacement of the same design and specifications. If the design
is no longer in production you will be offered an equivalent of
the same value. Due to the changing price
of gold and silver; Tungsten Carbide rings as well as Ceramic rings with gold and silver inlays are not covered by this
policy.

Stones like gemstones, diamonds etc.
that are sent by the buyer or diamonds bought from us are not
covered by this policy. Only CZ will be used as replacement. Otherwise it will be provided at a
cost.

This policy only applies to the same
specification of the ring purchased. No, revision or modifications in the original specifications of your purchase will be
allowed.

Ensure that you get the correct size before purchasing as every exchanges will incur additional
fee.

Rings
from our catalog with CZ that has been replaced by other gemstones is classed under custom
order.
